Each custom lake map is $99 (no tax) and includes free shipping within Canada.
Your lake map is usually ready to pickup or ship 1-4 business days after we finalize your design.

To get started share the lake name and location that you're interested in along with a link to an online map or a screenshot.

I will make a design preview for you and after you confirm and pay for your order we can adjust details like titles, text, and the optional marker. You can choose a cottage or heart icon if you want to mark a location on the map. I will share updated design previews so you know how the final map will look. When you are happy with the design I'll start making your lake map.

Custom lake maps are a perfect personalized gift for any occasion or a thoughtful thank you gift. Your intricate laser-cut wooden lake map is custom-designed around the lake or area you choose. These eye-catching lake maps are great conversation pieces or they can showcase a memorable trip. These maps are simple, unique and are great for anyone who enjoys life at the lake or the outdoors. They are perfect for a lake house or a cottage.

AK Designs has made custom maps for many lakes in Ontario and elsewhere including Doe Lake, Papineau Lake, Bass Lake, Balsam Lake, Joeperry Lake, Crooked Lake, Sparrow Lake, Trout Lake, Miller Lake, Gull Lake, Pigeon Lake, Deep Bay, Horseshoe Lake, Amhic Lake, HaberMehl Lake, Little Whitefish Lake, Sugar Lake, Farlain Lake and many more. Ready to Display
The maps are set in a basic black 10 x 12 frame with an adjustable saw tooth hanger and a tabletop stand. They are already ready to be displayed on a mantel, a shelf or hung on a wall.

Laser Cut
Each lake map is carefully designed and precisely laser cut and engraved to give it a clean and finished look. They are handcrafted and designed with great care.

Materials
The map surface is made from a basswood sheet with a smooth, even wood grain. It comes ready in a clean black frame with a glass cover. The frame includes a backing so you can display the map on a table or hang on a wall. The lake background is blue cardstock that is glued in place with strong adhesive so that it is long lasting.

Dimensions
The basswood inside the frame measures 9 by 11 inches. The frame is 10 by 12 inches and 0.6 inches thick. The front border of the frame is 0.7 inches wide. The glass cover in the frame is 11 by 9 inches and 2 mm thick.
